1968 - for my small keelboat I had cut out and sewed the sail of 2,5 m2, as it should be, with “a belly”.
1971 - defended candidate thesis. Restorative surgery. Candidate of medical sciences. (PhD).
1980 - defended doctoral dissertation. Restorative surgery and oncology. Doctor of medical sciences. (MD). In the process of the work on the thesis I obtained more than dozen patents and certificates of authorship.
1980 - 1985 yr.
I've finished several interesting projects. Surgery - is a powerful tool. But surgery is not an instrument which can help govern systemic mechanisms of the disease.
Disease, if be more accurate - the program, must be accessible to control. Therefore technologies of prevention and treatment must be changed. This is what was possible to find beyond the new horizons.
I worked out systemic informational phylogenetical models of living organisms for the five stages of evolution. New stage of the evolution of living is a new information mechanism, a new system of the codes.
I created a systemic informational ontogenetical model of man. Please refer to the main page. It turned out to be very likeable. It could be a nice decoration for a University, Scientific Research Institute, public organizations etc.
I worked out the information theory of diseases. On its basis I developed the systemic classification of diseases.
I worked out the concept of biopathotyps - of steady groups of chronic diseases (sintropy clusters).
I worked out a systemic standard of the health at the population level. I thus far make use of this term, although it is not entirely correct, since category “health” does not have the content. It has only sense. Possibly, someone will eventually propose an acceptable term with adequate content.
1986 - present time.
I published more than dozen monographs. Among them - Encyclopedia of systemic knowledge - the first edition, in which terms, definitions and concepts are presented not by sense, but by content. It includes more than 100 terms, definitions, concepts and categories which I introduced for the first time. More than 500 known terms have been given reinterpretation. This work presents more than 1500 lexical articles.
I worked out systemic principle of control of safety for complex systems of any level of organization, including man, the state with its institutes and other.
I worked out the concept and the principle of the calculation of the safety factor.
Worked out systemic the model of the health saving and intensive creative formation for students of all levels, from the pre-school to the post graduate.
I worked out the integral-ingressional technology of education.
All elaborations do not have analogs.
The basic priority tasks, in solution of which I propose to participate:
1. Mathematical idea of the systemic information model of man. In Moscow several professors of mathematics with the doctoral degrees assured me in the impossibility of solution of this problem. I recall A.N. Kolmogorov - I think, he would not simply walk away from this task. By the way, students of this eminent man were involved in processing the results of my researches. For all it was interesting. Mathematics of such model (excuse for the synecdoche) will sharply increase the possibility of the calculations of the effectiveness of intensive safety systems for the man, organizations, states.
2. Creation of the classifier of proteins according to the index of their spontaneous, reversible ultrahigh-frequency conformational dynamics of hydration<>dehydration. This will ensure possibility for us to employ technologies of noninvasive and comparative identification of any living organism and diagnostics of its state. This is necessary in medicine as well as in biotechnology.
3. Development of the programs to control programs of chronic illnesses. The phylogenetically older the disease is, the simpler it is to manage its program. Today our experience shows the possibility to predict chronic diseases even at the stage prior to the actual manifestation of their programs. This is a technology of a long life with operational control and management of chronic diseases.
4. Introduction of the integral-ingressional system of training process into the educational organizations (schools, colleges, universities). This will ensure the curtailment of the neurotic of diseases in the students of all levels of education. It will increase productivity of training material, activate the creative potential of both the students and their instructors.
5. Putting into practice of the principles of the systemic information technology of providing safety of complex systems. This will ensure the possibility of designing of the system standards of intensive control by safety and certification of intensive safety systems.
6. Interpretation of the mechanisms of ingression (consensus), which ensure interaction in the organism of systems by different temporary metrics. This task, probably for the future generations. If the boson of Higgs - is “particle of God”, then these mechanisms - is technology of God.
7. Further development of management strategy of entropic safety of thermodynamic systems, such as economy. Here and for organism with its many illnesses this strategy will give only profit. For the economy this is the possibility of strategic and tactical prognostication.
