Today all accepted technologies of treatment and preventive maintenance of malignant tumors don’t have of the pathogenetic substantiation. This is the basic reason for the low results of treatment. Chemotherapy brings more than harm, than benefit. It practically kills the immunity of patient with all dramatic consequences. Organism frequently loses tumors a competition to the survival. The scales of the destruction of radiation therapy are less, but also it can manifest effectiveness only in the initial stages of disease. However, the overwhelming majority of the malignant tumors makes it possible to reveal itself only at the last stages. The methodical substantiation of the application of a majority of other methods and means at cancer also is reduced to the attempts to create unfavorable conditions for its development. However, at first, these conditions in essence have speculative, at second, they are unfavorable as a rule for the weakened organism of patient.
My previous experience of the surgical treatment of oncologic patients showed the unconditional priority of using of the scalpel before other methods. However, even during the ideal combination of three main methodic directions (surgery, chemo- and the radiation therapy) the problem of the radical solution does not have. This forced me to search the pathogenetic roots of malignant process. The first ideas on this score appeared after the protection of the doctoral dissertation (1980). They became basis for the systemic evolutionary concept of the development of living. A special case of this conception is systemic genesis of the information mechanism of diseases. I presented the basic condition of this approach in the articles and the monographs.
Since cancer is by programic process, it is necessary to block precisely program, but not only separate manifestations of process. Only systemic information technologies give this possibility (know how). Today, office technologies be not able replace their, because they do not represent the language of Nature. They have nothing to do with it.
The algorithm of the control of malignant process assumes two stages. At the first stage we must utilize the matrix correlation nosologies. It' provides a probabilistic forecast of the tumor in an individual. It gives the possibility to pick out sintropy clusters, which is extremely important for the effective conducting both the preventive maintenance and the treatment. In the second stage we block the concrete program of tumor process. When to on time block the process for any reasons was impossible, necessary to use a phylogenetic key (know how), which starts the devitalization mechanism of the cells of primary tumor and its metastases.
For the practical realization of pilot version of this program I propose to work out it under the conditions of clinic of any university.
