Dr Valeriy Revo. Topic: "Seven Global Problems”. Part III
Here is a global forecast that is already coming true and the solution of the most important problems.
The Laboratory of Systemic Technologies for Management presents an interdisciplinary scientific and educational cycle: "MD, PhD, Full Professor Valeriy Revo in the interior of the portrait of Don Quixote of La Mancha" (Revo V. V., 1960, "F. I. Chaliapin in the role of Don Quixote". Oil on cardboard. 24.5 x 33.5 cm).
Last time I presented the problem: World finance, Cryptocurrency and considered the possibility of solving it.
Today I present the following three problems:
“Uncontrolled Population Migration”,
“Global Environmental Pollution”,
“Depletion of Non-renewable Energy and Other Resources Extracted from the Bowels”.
Part III
So, the fourth problem. Uncontrolled Population Migration
Today, the world has been covered by the third wave of global migration of the population. It is important to note three aspects here: thermodynamic, biological and social. The first aspect increases diversity in the system. This should reduce its entropy. However, this does not happen here due to the fact that the resource creative potential of the total mass of migrants is inferior to that of the host country.
Such inclusiveness will inevitably have a negative impact on the state of the host country. This follows from the second law of thermodynamics. An example is the tragic fate of Ancient Rome, which plunged it and all of Europe into the darkness of the Middle Ages for a millennium.
Apparently, thermodynamics and even historical experience are unknown to the authorities.
The biological consequences of mass migration are no less dangerous for the host country due to many obvious circumstances.
The social consequences of uncontrolled mass migration are also dangerous. First, the tension in the work of the relevant institutions increases, then, to an ever-greater extent, a suicidal transformation of one's own social values takes place.
In the short term for the next hundred to two hundred years, this problem has no solution. In the medium term, in five hundred to seven hundred years, some kind of Renaissance may await civilization.
In the long term, these cycles will repeat themselves, the gaps between them will be shortened.
Fifth problem. Global Environmental Pollution
This problem has thermodynamic, ethical, economic, technical, political, environmental and sanitary causes and manifestations. The first two components dominate. This manifests itself through the gigantic costs of waste disposal, as well as through selfishness and increased tektological hostility at all levels, from personal to state.
“The RIO Declaration”, adopted at the UN Conference on Environment and Development in June 1992 in Rio de Janeiro, proclaimed an environmental policy strategy designed to provide optimal living conditions for both present and future generations.
According to the first principle of this strategy: “Man is the center when considering sustainable development, which is aimed at protecting health and ensuring a full human life in harmony with nature…”. This irresponsible statement is just an empty slogan. It has no content.
First, the concept of "sustainable development" here is just a figure of speech. Secondly, the concept of "health" is conventional, and therefore limited. And it is blasphemous to talk about harmony with Nature against the backdrop of the predatory destruction of its biological and mineral resources. This is happening against the backdrop of global pollution in all spheres, which is rapidly capturing all life environments, including even near-Earth space.
Wave pollution of the environment in the form of electromagnetic smog in a wide frequency range is also taking on an increasing scale.
Here, the greatest danger is represented by the frequencies corresponding to the frequencies of natural vibrations of the protein and other basic systemic elements of all living things, including humans. I wrote a lot about it.
Today we can already assert that the problem of global environmental pollution has no radical solution. Only regional palliatives are possible.
Sixth problem. Depletion of Non-renewable Energy and Other Resources Extracted from the Bowels
This problem is the most obvious, since any resources that are extracted from the bowels of our planet on an ever-larger scale are finite by definition. True, the place of fossil fuels can be taken by thermonuclear fusion plants.
They can become sources of abundance of clean energy. Facility of this kind launched in the United States at the end of 2022 for the first time produced more energy than they consumed.
True, this is possible only if the existing world order is preserved, which cannot be guaranteed.
