Formulary – is the definition of a complex of any formal procedures performed in accordance with the established sequence. For example, the formulary principle of organizing a doctor’s work is focused on the disease that is manifested in a patient, whereas it represents only one element of a syntropic cluster. This principle declares the advantage of prescribed actions over the professional experience, knowledge and intuition of a doctor acting according to the clinical situation.
