Dr Valeriy Revo. Topic: "Seven Global Problems”. Part I
A global forecast that is already coming true.
The Laboratory of Systemic Technologies for Management presents an interdisciplinary scientific and educational cycle: "MD, PhD, Full Professor Valeriy Revo in the interior of the portrait of Don Quixote of La Mancha" (Revo V. V., 1960, "F. I. Chaliapin in the role of Don Quixote". Oil on cardboard. 24.5 x 33.5 cm).
I'm starting a series of posts on the topic: "Seven Global Problems”.
First problem. “Speculation around global warming”.
Second problem. “Management of Human Diseases and All Living Things”.
Third problem. “World Finance, Cryptocurrency”.
Fourth problem. “Uncontrolled Migration of the Population”.
Fifth problem. “Global Environmental Pollution”.
Sixth problem. “Depletion of Non-renewable Energy Sources”.
Seventh problem. “Wars, Terrorism and Violence”.
Today I present the first two problems and the possibility of their solution: “Speculation around global warming” and “Management of Human Diseases and All Living Things”.
So, the first problem. Speculation around global warming
Any attempts to influence the climate on a global scale are made either out of ignorance or out of self-interest. Man cannot even cope with the weather. What can we say about the climate, the changes of which are cyclical. Throughout the geological history of the Earth, periods of warming followed periods of cooling, which sometimes took on the scale of global glaciations.
Since the beginning of industrialization, the temperature on the planet has risen by 1.30C, and more than half of this heating is due to carbon dioxide. It is believed that it plays a major role in the development of the greenhouse effect, which is caused by human activities. This is not true. Much more important in this process was the role of two other factors. This is, first of all, the emission of greenhouse gases during volcanic eruptions. The global predatory destruction of forests that utilized carbon dioxide also played its role. Against this background, the scale of greenhouse gas emissions into the atmosphere due to industrial human activity is negligible.
Today, the phenomenon of global warming, this natural cyclical process, has become the subject of political, economic and ethical speculation. Don Quixote fought windmills disinterestedly, while the fight against global warming is a highly profitable global speculation. However, any struggle with the phenomenon of Nature is a sign of ignorance. After all, Nature, as a systemic whole, is always immensely stronger than any of its parts. Such a struggle only activates tektological hostility with all the dramatic consequences.
Therefore, the task of man is the development of technologies for adaptation to climate change.
Second problem. Management of Human Diseases and All Living Things
Acute and chronic diseases remain the main problem in the life of every person and society. Doctors were able to influence the manifestation of symptoms, but not the basis of disease. However, the symptoms are only Platonic shadows of the processes developing in the body.
The natural philosophical paradigm of medicine has not changed since the 16th century. The causes of chronic diseases remain a mystery to doctors, as well as the essence of these natural life processes. However, we still have reason for optimism.
Many years of experience as a doctor and researcher allowed me to create a new, systemic informational paradigm of medicine. On its basis, it became possible to develop a theory of the programmatic nature of diseases. Now it has become possible to control them at the level of programs that are stored in the phylogenetic memory of every living organism. This is the first-time doctors have had this opportunity. This is reflected in my articles and books published in the period 1986-2022.
True, medicine itself is in no hurry to use disease program management technologies. And there are several reasons for this. First, you need to understand this, but medical universities do not train specialists of the required level. Secondly, you need to change the paradigm, and with it, change your own worldview. This is difficult due to subjective and objective reasons.
Sergei Petrovich Botkin, Ippolit Vasilyevich Davydovsky, Hans Selye assumed a program mechanism of diseases. Davydovsky in this regard emphasized that “whatever the characteristic of the pathological process (traumatic, infectious, malignant), it is a self-developing process, regardless of whether the etiological factor (microbe or infection) is involved or not (the tool that caused the injury, the carcinogen that caused cancer)". And further: “The reason for the development of the process lies in the process itself. The specific task of scientific research is to reveal the source of self-propulsion…”.
The problem of eradicating diseases has no solution, because any of them is a natural phenomenon inherent in all living beings. Although any disease reduces the adaptive capacity of the body, it increases the diversity in it. This provides a negentropic effect. Acquired immunity has the same effect, which has not only thermodynamic but also biological consequences. This is how the thermodynamic expediency of diseases manifests itself.
Today, the technological capabilities of disease management at the program level should be developed and implemented for the benefit of sick people. By definition, there can be no healthy people, since illness is the same attribute of life as age-related changes in the body. We are not able to stop age-related changes, but we can develop technologies for managing disease programs today.
While I am ready to take a feasible part in it.
