Desire to prove the truth of their assumptions often leads researchers to experiment with high risks to their health, and sometimes for own life. So the doctor A.A. Bogdanov died - founder of tectology - universal organizational science. However, as is often the case, the risk of the experiment can be not only useless, but not justified, because the study was made systemically incorrect. So it was in the experiment, which held Australian physician Barry Marshall (B. Marshall), who drank a culture of Helicobacter Pylori, in an attempt to confirm role of this bacteria in the occurrence of peptic ulcer disease. Symptoms of gastritis, which he had received, he accepted as evidence pathogenetic significance of this bacterium. Antibiotics easily helped to got rid of the ill-fated bacterium. Marshall's methodological error. He suggested a subsystemic element of the peptic ulcer as main causative factor. But bacterial factor is secondary for similar process, base of which is neurotic mechanism. Therefore from this it factor is easy to get rid. This will eliminate manifestations of the activity of bacteria in mucous membrane irritation, allergy and intoxication. Of course, patient's condition will be better.
But ulcer remains, what will indicate on its recurrence in the future. Methodological error of Marshall. Incorrectness of previous experiments no allowed to cause peptic ulcer disease in experimental animals. But stomach ulcers can cause reception salicylates. But it will never be a peptic ulcer. As a result, we have next research which can give only shade of the truth. Plato will chuckle here. For details, see V. Revo "Systemic semiotic of the diseases of man and society."
