Why do so many serious illnesses, including tuberculosis, remains a challenge for medicine? Because it was stuck in weak systemic resources of doctrine of the XVI century. This philosophy observing of Nature with space of meanings only. Example of the treatment of tuberculosis in the XXI century shows convincingly methodological consistency of former doctrine. Methodological error. Improper mixing of infectious diseases and neurotic forms. Only 5-7% of patients tuberculosis have cleanly infectious form of disease. This is the most aggressive and destructive form. The main systemic attribute of this form is Mycobacterium tuberculosis. This form of tuberculosis is extremely resistant to the proposed forms of treatment. The systemic mechanism of the other form tuberculosis is neurosis. It most common form of tuberculosis. This more mild form of the disease, in which Mycobacterium tuberculosis represents only the subsystemic part of the process. Methodological error. Absolute dominance in the treatment of antibiotic therapy. Elimination of bacterial component in the neurotic form of tuberculosis can really improve the condition of the patient. However, without treatment of the systemic of basis of neurosis the disease remains . The diseases which have other systemic basis require a different treatment. The World Health Organization does not notice of this. The war with the windmills continues. Plato will chuckle here. For details, see V. Revo "Systemic semiotic of the diseases of man and society."
