Systemic metamorphosis (Revo Valeriy, 2003, 2018) <…> is a concept, expressing the main principle of phylogenesis, according to which each of its stages is characterized by the appearance of living forms with a fundamentally new invariant basic information mechanism. (The source material includes a structural diagram of the systemic metamorphosis of life.). <…> Unlike evolution and homeorhesis, systemic metamorphosis is transcendental in nature and does not have intermediate forms, because between organisms of different levels of systemic organization they are impossible, for example, between micro-organisms (it is a genetic level of systemic organization with insects, which have nervous apparatus (precephalic form), between fish with a higher primate, etc. <…> The number of large taxonomic groups with a new basic information apparatus that appeared at each new stage of phylogenesis decreases exponentially compared to the previous stage. Thus, systemic metamorphosis is both a reduction and productive process, when the emergence of new forms of the living things, having a basic systemic mechanism of a higher level of organization, increases the systemic diversity of the living biosphere, thereby reducing its entropy. <…> V.F. Turchin (1977) proposed "The theory of metasystem transition", which close to the systemic metamorphosis in form, but not in content. He considers metasystemic transitions only to the appearance of greater opportunities for move in space. This is not a systemic development. But systemic metamorphosis is a phenomenon, in which new forms of the living things instantly receive a new basic information mechanism. This is the fundamental difference between the "metasystem transitions" according to V. Turchin from the "systemic metamorphosis" according to V. Revo. The number of large taxonomic groups with a new basic information device that appeared at each new stage of phylogenesis decreases exponentially in comparison with the previous stage. This compensates for the appearance in them of additional degrees of freedom. <…> V. Revo believes (2009) that emergence of each new level of the systemic organization of the living beings determines not an "inner impulse" according to Turchin, but a certain the external impulse, the nature of which is transcendental by definition. Perhaps this is due to the anisotropic heterogeneous character of our space-time. This impulse is due to the critical value of space-time fluctuation. This causes for emergence of a new, phylogenetically next level. <…> The phenomenon of the passage of the Earth through regions in which marked fluctuations of space-time are noted, has a firm confirmation (Shnol S.E., 2009). Fluctuations exceeding a certain threshold can destroy the systemic mechanism of blocking a random transition to the next phylogenetic level (Revo V.V., 2009). The choice of organisms that will represent the biotope of the new phylogenetic level provides a transcendental mechanism. This is the work of the “demon of systemic metamorphosis”, which is one of the many hypostases of the “demon of Maxwell” (Revo V.V., 2009). <…> This phenomenon really has no duration and predictors. Such a transformation corresponds to a first-order phase transition. The systemic elements of the organisms of the previous stage of phylogenesis are included in the structure of the organisms of the new stage as subsystems of a lower systemic level. This distinguishes theory of systemic metamorphosis from the theory of punctuated equilibria <…> The present stage of phylogeny is the last stage of the first metaphase of a systemic metamorphosis of living Nature (Revo V.V., 2001). Perhaps, the first stage of the second metaphase of the systemic metamorphosis of the living beings has already come, <…>. This is one of the manifestations of the principle of systemic insufficiency (Revo V.V., 2006). So, perhaps, today, the form of life of the next phylogenetic level appeared on the Earth, but the person is not able to verify and formalize it. If this is the case, then new diseases should appear with a new basic mechanism of this stage of phylogeny. In this case, the forecast for a person is quite bad.
