If on the planet today, there is only one species of human, then we must recognize that we live in the last stage of development life. However, there is another option. The stage at which Homo sapiens L. appeared really was a last, but the last only in the first super stage development of life. After it starts the next super stage evolution with its own set of successive of stages of the development.
The basic systemic mechanisms of living of each stages of the first super a stage will take their place as subsystemic elements of the basic systemic mechanisms of the living forms of new stages in the evolution in next super stage of life on the planet. We are, by definition, cannot describe the basic systemic mechanisms and external view of the living forms into future stages of the evolution. However, we know that the basic systemic mechanisms of modern living forms in them will be present as sub-systemic elements of the different order.
Therefore, we can say that all programs of diseases which inherent for the organisms of the first super stage will be saved in the future. Therefore the previous diseases will be conserved. But the new super the stage of the life will give birth to new programs diseases and with them new diseases. What are exactly these diseases, we cannot to know. But we can say that a semiotic pattern of the future diseases will to include the basic signs of the diseases of the living organisms of first super stage of life.
Of course, there is a hope that by this time any program of diseases will be available for effective management. Remains one a tricky question. What this will be for the essence? If modern man created by God in His image and likeness, the next generation should be closer to Him? To what level this approximation can be possibly? This question is equally epistemological and theological. This is a worthy basis for discussion on both sides. For details see.: Introduction to Nanotechnology of living environments.
